Anesthesiologist MD, MSc
Mr. Chatzivasileiadis Iraklis was born in Larissa Greece.
He graduated from University of Medicine and Pharmacy – University of Craiova in 1998.
He specialized for five years (2002 – 2007) in Anesthesiology in one of the biggest hospital in Greece, at General Hospital of Attica ‘’KAT’’ in Kiffisia .
Mr. Chatzivasileiadis Iraklis is an MSc holder in Molecular & Applied Physiology of National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Medical School.
MSc thesis : Volatile anaesthetic agents and Myopathies.
After his residency in Anesthesiology (March 2007) he has been working at Hellenic 251 Air Force Hospital as military doctor anesthesiologist.
He performs approximately 500 general and regional anesthesia techniques per year in all fields such as in general surgery, vascular surgery, neurosurgery, gynecology, orthopedics, ETN, plastic surgery as well in ophthalmology.
In the years 2007 – 2010 he worked in private hospitals of Athens: Metropolitan Hospital in neurosurgery ICU department and in Rea Maternity hospital in high – risk pregnancy ICU.
Mr. Chatzivasileiadis has been working in our team in Athens Eye Hospital since March 2011. He has a successfully trained in: Advanced Cardial Life Support (ACLS), Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advanced Life Support in Obstetrics (ALSO).
He has a scientific writing work with publications in Greek and International textbooks and journals.
