Although the basic components of surgery are almost always the
same, there are some critical details that can really make a difference,
and transform the final result from ‘just successful’ to ‘ideal’.
A factor that seems to be quite different from surgeon to surgeon is
the way the eye is handled during surgery. Many surgeons perform
satisfactory operations, but end up causing discomfort to the
patients.
